Camden brought brick rowhouse architecture to Phase II: East Coast brownstone on the outside, bright beach-style interiors inside.

Monthly costs and fees
Up to about $720 a month in recent listings. The $375 master fee covers basic Hotwire cable and internet, the CenterPointe Club and The Resort (gyms and pools), the parks, playgrounds and courts, and 24/7 community security; the beach shuttle is funded separately. Phase II homes do not pay Mello-Roos. Owners here pay for water separately. When a home sells, a 0.75% Community Enhancement Fee goes to Playa Vista Community Services, partly to help preserve the Ballona Wetlands. It is a cash closing cost that cannot be financed. Buyers sometimes take it on in a hot market, but most of the time I see it split between buyer and seller. I pull the current HOA budget before a client writes an offer.

- Every home is one level with a private two-car garage
- Optional lower-level fourth bedroom with its own access
- Good decks on every plan
Living at Camden
Every home is one level and comes with a private two-car garage. Lots of windows keep the rooms bright, and every plan has a good deck.
The largest plan has a fourth bedroom on a lower level with its own access, which works well as a guest suite or office for anyone who works from home.
